MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

Pixel Dixel Limited
Financial Year: 2024/2025

INTRODUCTION

This statement is made pursuant to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Pixel Dixel Limited (trading as RelocateSoft) has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which involve the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. RelocateSoft has a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships, implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not occur anywhere in our business or supply chains.

We are committed to ensuring transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect the same high standards from all contractors, suppliers, and other business partners, and as part of our procurement process, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children. We expect our suppliers to hold their own suppliers to the same standards.

This statement applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, secondees, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS

RelocateSoft is a brand of Pixel Dixel Limited, a UK-registered company dedicated to the development of digital solutions, including moving management software, web and mobile applications, and cloud services.

SUPPLY CHAIN

RelocateSoft does not act as a producer, manufacturer, or retailer of physical goods and therefore does not operate a traditional supply chain. Our supply chain consists of contracting digital service providers, including web hosting, cloud services, and development tools. We ensure we only work with suppliers who share our commitment to eliminating modern slavery and human trafficking.

DUE DILIGENCE AND RISK MITIGATION

We recognise that risks of modern slavery can exist in any sector and have implemented measures to mitigate these risks:

  • Supplier assessment: Before entering into business relationships, we conduct due diligence to ensure suppliers comply with labour regulations and ethical standards.
  • Contractual review: Our agreements include clauses requiring suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act and ensure their own supply chains are free of forced labour.
  • Ongoing monitoring: We regularly review practices and business relationships to identify risk areas and take corrective actions where necessary.

TRAINING AND AWARENESS

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to key staff. We also encourage our suppliers to implement training programmes for their employees and business partners.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

To assess the effectiveness of our measures, we monitor:

  • Number of employees trained in identifying modern slavery risks.
  • Audits conducted on suppliers and business partners.
  • Corrective actions implemented where risks are identified.

FUTURE COMMITMENT

RelocateSoft is committed to the continuous improvement of its practices to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in our business or supply chains. We will continue reviewing and strengthening our policies to maintain our high ethical standards.

This statement has been approved by the management of Pixel Dixel Limited (RelocateSoft) and will be reviewed and updated annually as appropriate.
